Het doel van deze functie is het bieden van ondersteuning aan de operationsafdeling door betrokken te zijn bij kwaliteitsactiviteiten en het aanpakken van kwaliteitsproblemen. Daarnaast omvat het verantwoordelijkheden zoals het grondig beoordelen van batch documentatie en het verzorgen van de administratieve vrijgave van batch records.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Kwaliteitsopvolging in de vorm van het controleren van batch records op correctheid en volledigheid, zowel tijdens als na productie binnen de afgesproken termijnen.
  • Controle van variabele data en allocatie van bulk- en andere materialen in productieorders.
  • Uitvoeren van lijnvrijgaven (reiniging/line clearance + 1ste product controle) voor opstart productieorders.
  • Reconciliatie verificatie (document review) en blokkeren van de lijn als een order afgedraaid is.
  • Uitgeven van logboeken als logboekverantwoordelijke en pagina review van logboeken.
  • Blokkeren van goederen, materialen en producten die niet aan de specificaties voldoen, en definiëren van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Het reviewen van nieuwe kwaliteitsdocumenten, zoals Batch Records, Line Clearance en Cleaning records op GMP en kwaliteitsaspecten vanuit QA-verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Voorleggen van afgehandelde batch records aan de QP ter goedkeuring.
  • Bewaken van het GMP-niveau op de werkvloer (GMP-monitoring) en voorstellen doen tot optimalisatie/verbetering van de totale kwaliteit en de productieprocessen.
  • Beheer en registratie van referentie, retentie- en reservestalen, waar nodig klaarzetten voor het versturen of het opslaan in de RS-zone of het klaarzetten voor onderzoek van de stalen door de QP.
  • Het stopzetten van een productieproces en maatregelen nemen in samenwerking met productie supervisie als in een productieproces niet aan de gestelde specificaties en controles wordt voldaan. Hierop meteen acties ondernemen om deze afwijkingen op te (laten) lossen. Directe rapportage in geval van ernstige incidenten en bespreking van kwaliteitsafwijkingen met leidinggevende en QP.
  • Uitvoeren van onderzoek naar aanleiding van kwaliteitsincidenten en input leveren voor correctieve acties.
  • Uitvoeren van interne inspecties.
  • Trainen van medewerkers o.a. in line clearance verificatie, invullen van logboeken en GMP/GDP.
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan andere sub-afdelingen binnen de QA (Operations) groep.
  • Mee zorgen voor en naleven van een optimaal niveau van kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid, algemene werking (o.a. bedrijfsregels), samenwerking, arbeidsomstandigheden en sfeer.
Minimale Vereisten
  • Min. diploma hoger secundair onderwijs.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in de kwaliteitsafdeling in een productiebedrijf (voorkeur farmaceutische of voedingssector).
  • Zeer goede beheersing van Nederlandse taal, goede kennis van de Engelse taal.
  • Goede kennis van cGMP en GDP.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Nauwkeurig en sterk analytisch.
  • Gedreven en proactieve werkhouding.
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Goede overtuigingskracht en een positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Goed in zowel mondelinge als schriftelijke communicatie.
  • Zowel goed zelfstandig als in team kunnen werken.
  • Kwaliteits- en servicegericht.
  • Oplossingsgericht denken en handelen.
  • Het eigen werk kunnen plannen en organiseren, met aandacht voor deadlines en prioriteiten.
