De optische technologie van Morrow richt zich op de ontwikkeling van lenzen met instelbare focus, met als doel het comfort voor mensen met presbyopie te verbeteren.Met het hoofdkantoor in Gent bereidt Morrow zich voor op de lancering van “Generation 4” via een productgerichte strategie en in nauwe samenwerking met geselecteerde partners.Om deze aanpak te helpen realiseren, is Morrow op zoek naar een Customer Success Manager voor Vlaanderen.In deze rol informeer en begeleid je partners en klanten, fungeer je als brug tussen het interne R&D- en Operations-team en de markt, lever je waardevolle input voor toekomstige innovaties en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze backofficewerking.Jouw opleiding, kennis en ervaring. Je bent een gecertificeerd opticien.Je hebt minstens 1 jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte functie als opticien of in een product- of marketingrol binnen de lenzenindustrie.Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.Je bent ondernemend, proactief, zelfstandig en gemotiveerd om bij te dragen aan groei en succes.Je bent bereid te werken vanuit Gent en te reizen binnen België en internationaal wanneer nodig.Wat mag je verwachten?Je krijgt de kans om deel uit te maken van een innovatie die de optische sector in de komende jaren zal transformeren.
