Pour un de nos clients situé à Anderlecht, nous recherchons un Business Development Manager (H/F/X).

Le Business Development Manager intervient dans l’entreprise sur plusieurs axes en amont et en aval de projets public et privés.

Il intervient principalement sur les missions suivantes :
- Sélection des cahiers des charges publics/privés en relation avec nos activités et susceptible de présenter un intérêt pour nous ;
- Identification de prospect privés et visites actives de prospection ;
- Supervision de la construction du dossier d’offre avec les différents acteurs (Bureau d’études, Project Manager, achats, services supports, etc.) ;
- Défense du dossier auprès du client final ;
- Participation au kick-off meeting dans le cadre du démarrage d’un nouveau projet ;
- Participation et/ou organisation d’événements clients permettant le réseautage ;
- Veille stratégique et identification de nouveaux métiers potentiels ;
- Participation au développement ou à la gestion des outils de communication externe de l’entreprise.

ProfilFormation & expérience :
- Ingénieur ou équivalent par expérience professionnelle dans un des métiers couverts par l’entreprise ;
- Minimum 5 années d’expérience dans une fonction équivalente en développement commercial projets ou produits techniques ;
- Connaissance active de l’anglais et/ou du néerlandais étant un atout supplémentaire ;
- Connaissance de l’environnement des marchés publics est également un atout ;
- Ayant des références probantes en construction de dossiers commerciaux multidisciplinaires.

- Disposer d’une qualité d’écoute et d’une capacité de contact et de négociation ;
- Être créatif et force de proposition ;
- Posséder un réseau de connaissances étendu ;
- Être capable de fédérer une équipe autour d’un projet ;
- Être à l’écoute des nouvelles technologies se développant dans notre secteur d’activité ;
- Être capable de développer une vision stratégique commerciale ;
