Je functie
Als business administrator word je een belangrijke spil in de voorbereiding en administratieve ondersteuning van offertes en openbare aanbestedingen. Jouw dagelijkse takenpakket is een boeiende mix van uitdagingen. Van het beheren van tenders en het bewaken van ons document management systeem tot het invoeren van projecten en het zorgvuldig opstellen en controleren van alle benodigde documentatie. Je draagt ook bij aan kwaliteitsbewaking, plant afspraken in, neemt deel aan (werf)vergaderingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt, inclusief de facturatie.
Maar daar stopt het niet Jij bent de verbindende factor tussen onze projectleiders, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de administratieve kant van onze projecten naadloos verloopt. Kortom, jouw rol is cruciaal voor het soepel draaien van onze operaties.

Wat wij vragen
- je hebt minimaal een bachelor denkniveau. Een diploma rechtspraktijk of toegepaste taalkunde is een plus;
- je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring op het vlak van algemene administratie;
- je beheerst het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven. Kennis van het Frans en het Engels is een pluspunt;
- je hebt een goede kennis van de gangbare Office-toepassingen en bent bereid om andere pakketten aan te leren;
- je bent stressbestendig, deadlines schrikken jou niet af.
- een afwisselende functie met een grote mate aan zelfstandigheid;
- ruimte voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid;
