Job Description:For our Services division, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative (M/W) who works for the region of Belgium with a focus on Antwerp or Limburg, reporting to our office in Uccle, Brussels.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:- Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Manage Assigned Accounts: Oversee and efficiently manage designated accounts to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
- Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Actively identify and follow-up on potential business opportunities, converting prospects into clients.
- Maximize Client-Facing Time: Allocate ample time to engage directly with clients, understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Understand Client Needs: Proactively work to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions to address them.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and consistent efforts.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer superior customer service, addressing concerns and facilitating solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Exhibits Empathy: Naturally understands and shares the feelings of others, fostering better client relationships.
- Is Assertive: Possesses the ability to express your views confidently and truthfully, promoting a clear line of communication.
- Harnesses Creativity: Displays creativity in problem-solving and conceptualizing unique solutions.
- Thrives as a Team Player: Collaborates effectively with others, contributing positively to the team dynamics.
- Upholds Accountability: Takes responsibility for your actions and their outcomes, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.

- Language Proficiency: You are fluent in Dutch and English, to communicate effectively with a diverse client base. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Digital Savviness: You have a natural affinity for digital tools and platforms, leveraging them effectively in the sales process.
- Driver's License: You possess a valid driver's license to facilitate regular visits to clients and prospects.
- Experience: Solid experience in a Technical Sales area, experience in the specific sector is a plus.
