Kairos, BAM Interbuild en BAM fm vormen samen de Belgische tak onder het Nederlandse moederbedrijf Royal BAM Group. Samen, als één groot team focussen we ons op ontwikkelen, bouwen en onderhouden van toonaangevende gebouwenprojecten. Kairos is een ambitieuze en innovatieve vastgoedonderneming die zich profileert in het ontwikkelen van hoogwaardige projecten op vier terreinen: wonen, werken, zorg en onderwijs. BAM Interbuild, een klasse 8 aannemer, is binnen België de gebouwenspecialist bij uitstek voor hoofdzakelijk het Vlaamse en het Brusselse gewest. BAM fm is een facilitaire dienstverlener voor grote DBFM contracten in de kantoor- en zorgsector, scholen en penitentiaire instellingen. Ter versterking van onze projecten in uitvoering kijken we uit naar een gedreven Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) specialist
- Je biedt een optimale ondersteuning bij de toepassing van preventieve en
beschermingsmaatregelen omtrent veiligheid, duurzaamheid en welzijn op onze werven. - Je analyseert risico's: je identificeert de risico's van de werkposten per thema
(menselijke aspecten, uitrusting, omgeving, producten, werkorganisatie) en stelt
maatregelen voor. - Je maakt deel uit van diverse werfteams ten einde samen preventieve acties uit te
werken om de werkzaamheden te kunnen uitvoeren. - Je informeert en adviseert de werkgever en werknemers over alle technische
onderwerpen inzake veiligheid, duurzaamheid en welzijn op het werk (jaarlijks
actieplan en globaal preventieplan inbegrepen) - Je ondersteunt en adviseert actief de werfleiding bij de opmaak van
veiligheidsprojectplannen, nazicht veiligheidsplannen van onderaannemers en
organisatie van toolboxmeetings. - Je geeft advies over aankopen (PBM's, risicovolle arbeidsmiddelen, etc.),
indienststelling van arbeidsmiddelen, evacuatieplannen, arbeidsongevallen, etc. en
zorgt voor de controle ervan - Je maakt deel uit van het onderzoeksteam m.b.t. ongevals- en
incidentenonderzoeken. - Je zet informatie- en bewustmakingscampagnes op rond veiligheid, duurzaamheid en
welzijn op het werk. - Je straalt je enthousiasme en je passie over preventie uit naar alle medewerkers in de
organisatie. Je kunt mensen ertoe aanzetten en motiveren om de afgesproken
preventiemaatregelen toe te passen. - Je organiseert veiligheidsrondgangen, samen met de hiërarchische lijn en de
onderaannemers. - Je onderhoudt in overleg met de andere preventieadviseurs en samen met de
betrokkenen de systemen m.b.t. ISO en VCA - Je hebt bij voorkeur een getuigschrift van preventieadviseur niveau I,
preventieadviseurs niveau II komen zeker ook in aanmerking. - Je behaalde idealiter een bachelor of master bouwkunde.
- Een bijkomende opleiding als milieucoördinator is mooi meegenomen, maar geen
must. - Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring bij een aannemer binnen een HSE functie.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van de wetgeving omtrent welzijn op het werk en van
het algemene reglement over veiligheid op het werk. Je beschikt over competenties
in het domein van risicoanalyse. - Je bent resultaatgericht en werkt gestructureerd. Je bent communicatief sterk en kan
een netwerk opbouwen. - Je hebt een grondige kennis van het Nederlands en een basis van het Frans.
