BICS (a PXS Global company) is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to spearhead our commercial business development activities across Europe. About the Role:
As the Enterprise Sales Lead, you will be at the forefront of BICS's mission to establish a leading position in the European market. You will define and implement commercial operational plans, monitor sales results, and take corrective actions to optimize our customer portfolio profitability. You will lead a talented commercial team to achieve P&L and KPI objectives and build strategic relationships within key Enterprise verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer & Business Development: Manage customers and commercial activities, driving revenue and direct margin with Enterprise verticals in Europe.
- Sales Strategy: Drive customer acquisition, cross/up-selling strategies, and overall sales pipeline to ensure maximum market penetration.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent BICS in the European Enterprise community, promoting our image and increasing visibility.
- Strategic Relationships: Develop and implement key strategic relationships and integrated marketing strategies with internal teams.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on industry, regulatory, and legal changes, providing feedback to define the best services and strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate team members to foster a creative, professional, and collaborative environment.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of sales and commercial experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Full proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record in high-stakes sales and complex negotiations.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent customer advocacy and relationship management.
- High level of autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and navigate international markets.
