Als HR Process Analyst analyseer, teken en bewaak je HR-processen. Je werkt ook mee aan nieuwe (digitale) processen.

Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS?

Als HR Process Analyst zijn jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Samen met de HR Process Manager draag je een continuous improvement filosofie uit. Je gaat continu op zoek naar opportuniteiten om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te optimaliseren. Bij procesoptimalisaties hou je rekening met de impact op apps en data.
  • Je streeft naar eenvoudige en efficiënte processen waarbij het voor elke actor in het proces duidelijk is wat er verwacht wordt.
  • Je definieert, analyseert en verbetert KPI's. Je durft KPI's van Process Owners in vraag te stellen.
  • Bij interne audits sta je de Process Owner bij. Je helpt bij de implementatie van aanbevelingen.
  • Je zorgt voor de verspreiding van documentatie en informatie om zo te komen tot een uniforme toepassing van de processen over de entiteiten heen.

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma EN hebt ongeveer 4 jaar ervaring in process management, process modelling en process reengineering en bent vertrouwd met Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Value Stream Mapping, RASCI, Turtle diagram ...

En je beschikt over onderstaande competenties:

  • Je communiceert vlot. Je kan je ook heel goed in het Frans uitdrukken.
  • Je bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld en je weet van aanpakken
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en slaagt erin detail van essentie te onderscheiden.
  • Je werkt graag in team en omarmt verandering.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig toe naar het gewenste resultaat en houdt rekening met vooropgestelde deadlines.

Het is een pluspunt als je kennis hebt van SAP HR en/of SuccessFactors.

Wat mag je van ons verwachten?

Als HR Process Analyst kies je voor een werkomgeving met vrijheid voor initiatief, opleidingen, flexibel werken, sociaal engagement en een salarispakket bestaande uit onderstaande elementen:

  • Een aantrekkelijk salaris van €4200 bruto/maand. Afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring kan dit bedrag nog variëren.
  • Dit salaris is aangevuld met een 13e maand, onkostenvergoeding, maaltijdcheques en een collectieve en individuele bonus.
  • Een deel van het salaris wordt aangeboden als een flexibel budget. Je kan daarbij kiezen voor fietslease, terugbetaling pensioensparen, ...

Waar ga je werken?

Je zal werken in het HR Program Office. Het team bestaat uit een 10-tal collega's en heeft haar werkzetel in Brussel, vlak bij het station Brussel-Zuid.
