To support our internal team, we are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Support professional who will be pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations, rapid issue resolution, and an exceptional user experience. First line support: the new recruit will do:- Installation and support (in person or on remote) of the IT equipment which includes: PC, Mac, printers, Meeting room's Audiovisual systems, Mobile phones.
- Software support including but not limited to Office 365 suite, Sharepoint and business softwares.
- Maintaining an up-to-date infrastructure in cooperation with technical team and external providers.
- Stock management and purchase for IT equipment/Software.
- Follow the Group's security, infrastructure rules & ISO procedures.
- Decommissioning of old equipment.
- Manage and maintain all information on configuration items on our ITSM tool (SimplyDesk) in compliance with internal SLAs.
- Management of physical access (badges) in the buildings.
- Documenting internal procedures (SOP) and internal flow for ISO certification.
- Setup and maintenance of servers (Web server, project/dev servers, etc.).
- Development of apps or flows (Power platform, powershell or other languages).
Belgian law-based contract.
• Contract of indeterminate duration
• Work location: Brussels
• Monthly net allowance
• Meal vouchers (8€ per working day)
• Communications fees (up to 36 € - SMS, calls, 25 GB data included)
• Reimbursement internet @ home (up to 50 €)
• Reimbursement of public transportation
