• Je bezit een zeer goede schriftelijke en mondelinge kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

• Diploma ASO.

• Een of meerdere jaren ervaring als service desk agent in een ITIL-omgeving.

• Je neemt graag initiatief, werkt oplossingsgericht en bezit uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.

• Stressbestendig.

• Flexibel.

• Leergierig.

• Bereid tot werken in shiften (7:00 - 23:00).

• Je organiseert zelfstandig je werk, zonder het ondersteunen van collega's uit het oog te verliezen.

• Goede basiskennis en interesse in IT:

  1. SW-omgeving klant: W, Office 6, O, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server (virtueel).
  2. ITSM-tools zoals SCSM, TopDesk of ServiceNow.
  3. Telefonie: CISC.
