Als Field Marketing Executive Leader ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle activiteiten waar het event team bij betrokken is. Verder stuur, begeleid en train je waar nodig FME End-Users om gestelde commerciële doelstellingen te behalen. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Sales Manager Power Tools. Je draagt met trots het merk Milwaukee uit, focust je op de toepassingsmogelijkheden en producteigenschappen van ons assortiment.
Jouw taken:
- Planning en coördinatie van events voor het event team
- Communicatie en briefing met de betrokken personen voor het event (dealer, sales, FME en JSS)
- Beheer van point-of-sales materialen
- Aansturen, begeleiden en trainen van de FME-ers in het event team
- Zorg dragen voor deelname aan events en eindgebruiker bezoeken
- Nauw samenwerken met Marketing omtrent de planning van events
- Opvolgen van leads na aanleiding van events
- Inzetbaar voor alle trades m.b.t. events, zoals Transportation, MRO, Plumbing, OPE, PPE, Key accounts en clusters
Jouw ervaring en eigenschappen:
Je hebt je bewezen commerciële ervaring en specialistische productkennis opgedaan in gereedschappen. Commercieel handelen en ondernemerschap zit in je bloed; een proactieve eigenzinnige doener die prestatiegericht werkt, nauwkeurig plant in tijd en die goed de eigen werkzaamheden kan organiseren. Je hebt durf, ziet kansen en bent creatief en oplossingsgericht, werkt zelfstandig en functioneert collegiaal in een commercieel team.
Jij kent je markt en bent in staat om je bestaande en ook nieuwe relaties aan te boren. Je communiceert oprecht, open en duidelijk en beschikt over een natuurlijk enthousiasme met doorzettingsvermogen en zelfvertrouwen. Je hebt een goede beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
