Job Description

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Identify, manage, and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts to maximize sales.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing conditions, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement growth strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and anticipate market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
  • Experience within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
