Profile Group rekruteert een Business Development Manager voor een internationale organisatie actief in industriële dienstverlening, energie- en hernieuwbare infrastructuur (waaronder windenergie), spoorwegprojecten, nucleaire omgevingen en markten gedreven door overheidsopdrachten. In het kader van verdere groei in Vlaanderen zoekt mijn cliënt een commercieel gedreven professional die strategische projecten binnenhaalt en zichtbare impact creëert. Description de la fonction Als Business Development Manager neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor nieuwe businesskansen en draag je actief bij aan de marktpositionering. Je taken omvatten onder meer: Het identificeren, ontwikkelen en verzilveren van nieuwe kansen binnen industriële activiteiten, energieproductie en -infrastructuur (incl. onshore/offshore wind), spoorweg- en transportinfrastructuur, chemische en nucleaire omgevingen en overheidsopdrachten. Het uitbouwen van duurzame relaties met sleutelbeslissers en stakeholders, in het bijzonder binnen sterk gereguleerde en publieke contexten. Nauwe samenwerking met technische experten en management om op maat gemaakte industriële en infrastructurele oplossingen met hoge toegevoegde waarde te realiseren. Het mee vormgeven en uitvoeren van het regionale businessplan met duidelijke commerciële doelstellingen en meetbare resultaten. Het actief opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen, regelgeving en concurrentie om opportuniteiten tijdig te detecteren. ProfilAantoonbare ervaring in business development of sales binnen industriële dienstverlening, energie (incl. hernieuwbaar), spoorweg- of nucleaire omgevingen, of markten gestuurd door overheidsopdrachten. Sterk commercieel inzicht gecombineerd met een pragmatisch begrip van technisch complexe oplossingen. Overtuigende communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels, met een goede kennis van het Frans. In staat om autonoom te functioneren in een resultaatgerichte, projectmatige omgeving.
