Context
The transformation Office of Degroof Petercam (within the COO function) is looking for a Senior Program Manager.
Your Position
- Program Management: Lead and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors, to ensure successful program delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program performance, using metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure program success, including managing budgets and personnel.
- Compliance: Ensure all programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal
Your Profile
- Master’s degree with at least 5 to 10 years of experience in business transformation roles
- Strong experience in the Banking Industry and Digital transformation
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence, work effectively across all levels and transversally.
- Creative mindset, thinking out-of-the-box.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Dutch and/or French).
- Team player, challenger, and a positive mindset.
- Experience in an Agile context and/or with business architecture are strong assets.
- Certification (PMP, PMI, SAFE or other relevant certifications) are highly desirable.
