Your mission You own and grow a portfolio of client accounts. You build long-term partnerships and turn leads into concrete projects and successful consultant placements. With the support of an international team, you help scale the business in a sustainable way. You focus on the client sales side, operating at the crossroads of sales, account management, and recruitment. You work closely with delivery teams to convert opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and create lasting value on both sides. What you'll do (for real) Business Development & Sales Build and expand your own client portfolio Turn inbound and team-generated leads into signed business Re-activate dormant clients and aim for preferred or sole supplier status Negotiate commercial terms and close deals with confidence Cross-sell Innova Solutions services with support from internal experts Client & Account Management Own and grow your acquired clients long-term Organise and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and sustainable growth Support the CSO team on complex issues when needed Recruitment & Delivery Collaboration Work closely with the delivery team to fill your vacancies Leverage your own recruitment network when relevant Support candidate searches and job board sourcing when required Guide interview processes and ensure all parties are prepared Manage contracts, offers, and special provisions Operations & Reporting Track activity accurately in CRM systems Deliver regular reporting on sales, activity, and team performance Contribute to team business plans with your manager Ensure administrative tasks are handled smoothly Responsibilities may evolve depending on business needs. What We're Looking For Proven success experience in business development, account development management. Proven success experience in Recruitment or IT solutions sector as a Sales person. Excellent client-facing skills and negotiation abilities A results-driven mindset with the ability to turn opportunities into success. Team player who's able to collaborates effectively across delivery, sales, support and management team Organised, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
