Ons aankoopteam bestaat uit 4 collega's en we zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om het team te versterken.
Het aankoopteam werkt hand in hand met de aanbestedingsdienst tijdens de voorbereiding van de werf en vervolgens met de projectleider om bepaalde vereisten te verfijnen. Dit gebeurt in onze kantoren in Schaarbeek of Gent, soms via telewerk of soms rechtstreeks vanop de werf.
Uw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Opstellen van aankoopdossiers (rekening houdend met de specificaties van het bestek, plannen, certificeringen, randvoorwaarden, enz.);
- Onderzoeken van alternatieve oplossingen in samenwerking met onze studiediensten;
- Leveranciers/onderaannemers raadplegen en vergelijkingen opstellen;
- Onderhandelen over prijzen en termijnen;
- Opstellen van contracten.
Om dit te bereiken :
- Beschikt u over een grote databank (van prijzen, leveranciers/onderaannemers en hun evaluaties) die u tijdens uw opdrachten aanvult;
- Prospecteert u de markt op zoek naar nieuwe leveranciers;
- Bezoekt u de werven om alle bijzonderheden en behoeften van elke werf te begrijpen.
Onze droomcollega heeft de volgende kwaliteiten:
- Een diploma burgerlijk/industrieel ingenieur, architectuur of een bachelor in de bouw/architectuur;
- Een eerste geslaagde ervaring (min. 5 jaar) in de bouwsector, idealiter in een aankoop-, aanbestedings- of werfopvolgingsafdeling;
- Analytische geest die u in staat stelt de behoeften van de werf echt te begrijpen en deze te relateren aan wat een onderaannemer voorstelt;
- Technische, administratieve en financiële kennis, evenals een zeer goede materiaalkennis;
- Communicatie vaardigheden en negotiatie skills;
- Commercieel gevoel, direct en empathisch;
- Vloeiend Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans;
- Ervaring als projectleider is een pluspunt.
