Role purpose/ summary:The Production Manager plans, coordinates, and manages various localisation productions from the onset of the budget creation to utilization of resources, sets timelines and performs continuous oversight through to product delivery. Key to this position is being the main contact partner between our clients and local and international production teams, adjusting plans within the production workflow as needed while ensuring Iyuno's company standards and client requirements are simultaneously met along the full life cycle of the production.The Production Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with sound engineers, directors, and the translation team while working in tandem with the Production team and the Booking Team.In this role, you report to the Dubbing Operations Manager for French & Flemish.Key supporting values & behaviours for the role:Understanding Client NeedsAgile DeliveryInclusive CommunicationKPIs / deliverables: Overall production output and quality are measured in the percentage of projects completed on time and within budgetTimely forecasting and invoicing of all productions in NavisionMaintaining all production systems with relevant information and milestone dates at any timeMonthly production output measured in minutes produced – an individual KPI reflecting different production levels and complexityResponsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with ICO contacts and clients – per client expectations. Understanding the client's needsSecure client satisfaction by securing availability and guidanceBe a focal point for all stakeholders on production, and ensure key information and resources are applied to projectsEnsure that all project details are communicated to the local production team and other relevant individualsProduction planning, payment lines and budgets are entered into a system/EDMS, Tops, NavisionProduction management, planning, and scheduling from order to deliverySecuring timelines are kept, and orders are delivered on timeSkills and experience required: Strong structural skills with attention to detailAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients on different levelsWorks comfortably with project budgets and project budget follow-upsHighly motivated, strong individual who works comfortably and autonomously in fast-paced environmentsWork collaboratively and independently while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple prioritiesCommunicate clearly and professionally (written and verbal) internally and with clients on timeUnderstanding the guidelines associated with clients and training internal teams to meet these requirementsIdentify potential issues and proactively prevent these from escalating and compromising the projectsEssential qualifications: Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasksEye for detail and solutions-drivenExcellent verbal and written communication in French and English; Flemish language skills are very desirableDesirable qualifications:A passion for localisation and communicating across cultural backgrounds will go a long wayWhat we offer: Great and supportive teamPossibility for promotion, cross-training in other departments to expand your knowledge and skillsetOpportunity to develop skills in a global environment and gain experience in the industry at the leading Media and Entertainment localization company
