We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing organization in Belgium. This key role involves two main activities: Sales Development and People Recruitment. Sales Development entails identifying potential targets, pitching and contacting them through various channels, generating leads, and closing deals. In contrast, People Recruitment involves screening candidates, assessing their suitability for roles, conducting interviews, and closing the hiring process. To succeed in this position, you must have a strong business development mindset, be proficient in IT, Telecoms & Technology sectors, and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should be fluent in English and French, with Dutch being a plus. As a start-up enthusiast, you will thrive in an autonomous environment, working closely with our CEO and reporting on your progress regularly. Your package will include an entry-level salary, benefits such as lunch tickets and GSM allowance, company car or bike, and bonus opportunities.
