Today, cybersecurity has become the top concern of 75% of all CEOs, from startups to enterprises. This means more work for developers, who need to become security experts and ensure their platforms are secure. But it’s hard. The market is riddled with overcomplicated, expensive tools that aren’t fit for developers. So, we founded Aikido. We are the no‑bullsh*t security platform that developers actually like to use. One central platform that shows devs what matters and how to fix it, so they can get back to building. Why work with us? Founded in 2022 by third‑time serial founders, with $25M funding in the bank, we’re dead set on getting security done for devs. This is a chance to join an all‑star team early, take ownership, and push boundaries. We are launching a brand new pentesting product with huge ambition. This market is multi‑billion in size, ripe for disruption, and has the potential to outgrow our existing product lines. We are still in a true zero‑to‑one phase, where product‑market fit needs to be shaped in an innovative and fast environment. This is not a classic sales role. You will take ownership of the full commercial motion around pentests: direct sales, partnerships, resellers, GTM, and everything needed to win early market share fast. Responsibilities Sell pentests and own the full commercial motion (outbound, inbound, and partner channels) Develop key partnerships and activate resellers and MSPs Define and execute GTM with marketing and product Shape positioning, pricing, and sales playbooks Drive zero to one momentum across teams to win early market share Qualifications Senior commercial profile with proven experience in a technical domain Proven track record of selling in fast‑growing startups Comfortable owning both direct sales and partnerships at the same time An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in zero‑to‑one environments Hustler mentality, excellent at building relationships What you can expect High‑impact position in a fast‑growing company.
