Zetes People ID pioneered electronic ID cards with the Belgian eID in 2002 and has remained a key partner for Belgium Government ever since, also delivering ePassport’s, driving licenses, border solutions and trust services. Among other flagship references, Zetes implemented and manages ePassport’s and eVisa’s in Ivory Coast since 2008 and a comprehensive Border Control solution in Cabo Verde since 2019. Shaping the future of digital identity and in line with its Mobile ID solution, Zetes contributes to Belgium’s EU Digital Identity Wallet and operates the national Qualified Trust Service Provider in both Belgium (2020) and Estonia (2025). To achieve our ambition of becoming the global challenger in providing innovative identity-related services and solutions specifically tailored to the unique needs of governments, we are seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Asia Pacific region.Your roleYou will join a dynamic, flexible, and hands-on team that operates as a professional service provider. We believe in listening to government requirements and challenges before presenting customized proposals. In our team, there is no "me and them"—only "Us".As Regional Sales Director, you will be primarily responsible for the Asia Pacific (APAC) market, while remaining open to global opportunities.Your responsibilities include:Drive Strategy & Results: Define and present sales strategies to the VP International Sales and deliver on annual sales and margin targets.Lead the Sales Cycle: From early prospecting to contract signing, including tender supervision. Engage with key stakeholders—Ministers, government agencies, partners—to understand and address their needs. Internally, you are the owner of the cycle, you coordinate resources and write and/or review the relevant parts of our proposals.Create Synergy: Collaborate closely with Panasonic’s regional team to capitalize on their market presence and strengthen the positioning and reach of Zetes’ solutions.Market Intelligence: Represent Zetes at industry events and provide feedback to Product Managers to refine our solutions and competitive landscape.Support Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Project Management Office during execution and contribute to internal process enhancements.Your profileExperience: 10+ years in complex ICT solution selling to governments (B2G), ideally in Identity or Border Control Solutions.Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and a true team player.Communication: Excellent communicator, fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.Mobility: Willing to travel frequently to build networks and grow business in the region.Careers at ZetesWhen you join the Zetes team, we will help you to grow, thrive and elevate.
