Als Business Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei en de dagelijkse opvolging van consultancyactiviteiten. Je combineert sales, klantenbeheer en rekrutering om sterke, duurzame samenwerkingen op te bouwen en projecten succesvol te realiseren. Functie Actief zoeken naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met klanten en strategische accounts Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concrete consultancy-oplossingen Begeleiden van klanten doorheen het volledige salesproces Meedenken met klanten op strategisch niveau Matchen van consultants met de juiste projecten en opvolgen van lopende opdrachten Onderhandelen met focus op rendabiliteit en klanttevredenheid Opvolgen van commerciële en operationele resultaten (KPI's) Beheren van een eigen portefeuille van klanten en consultants Profiel Ondernemend en resultaatgericht, met een hands-on mentaliteit Ervaring in business development, idealiter binnen consultancy Interesse in rekrutering en talentontwikkeling Sterk in communicatie en relatiebeheer Vlot in onderhandelingen Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels Hoger diploma is een plus, maar relevante ervaring is doorslaggevend
