Hubo is de grootste speler op de Belgische DIY markt. Met meer dan 155 winkels verspreid over heel het land en 2600 enthousiaste medewerkers, is Hubo een begrip geworden in de doe-het-zelf sector. Naast de reguliere verkoop via onze winkels, verkopen we ook via e-commerce. In het hoofdkantoor te Wommelgem werken 250 medewerkers met veel plezier en passie aan de toekomst van Hubo.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Customer Service Teamleader ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze Klantendienst. Door jouw ervaring weet je precies hoe je onze klanttevredenheid kunt verbeteren en sta je jouw medewerkers met raad en advies bij. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van een 4-koppige Customer Service team en samen zorgen jullie voor een kwalitatieve en efficiënte klantbeleving. We zijn op zoek naar een hands-on teamleader Wat wil dit zeggen voor ons? Je werkt mee in jouw team en werkt klantendossiers af. M.a.w. je verwerkt mee calls, e-mails, beantwoordt op vragen via Social Media.
Profiel
Wat vinden wij belangrijk?
- Ervaring: Je hebt een mooie ervaring opgebouwd in Customer Service, bij voorkeur in een aansturende rol.
- Talen: Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands en hebt een sterke kennis van het Frans, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- IT: In het verleden heb je ervaring opgebouwd met CRM-systemen. Daarnaast heb je een sterke kennis van MS Office.
- Persoonlijkheid: Je bent een empathische leidinggevende. Je blinkt uit in klantvriendelijkheid en denkt commercieel. Naast diplomatisch zijn, bezit je ook de nodige dosis zelfvertrouwen om de juiste acties te ondernemen.
- Attitude: Je bent scherp ingesteld op verbetering van de kwaliteit en de ervaring van onze klanten en bent in staat je team hierop te coachen en te begeleiden.
- Beschikbaarheid: Onze klantendienst is op zaterdag geopend, je bent bereid om 1 op 2 zaterdagen mee te werken.
- Cultuur: Samen staan we sterker, dus we verwachten van jou de nodige teamspirit. Je voelt je goed binnen de DIY-sector, zelf ben je echt een ‘Doener’.
