Rejoignez-nous et contribuez à écrire notre succès Les missions et objectifs : Gérer l’ensemble des activités opérationnelles de l’entreprise avec un focus sur le centre de distribution : réception, préparation de commandes (picking, packing, étiquetage, …), contrôle qualité, etc. Manager une équipe en constante croissance (25 ETP actuellement). Plus précisément : Garantir un taux de service maximal tout en garantissant l’optimisation des coûts de la Supply Chain Garantir la fiabilité des opérations de gestion des stocks et engager les mesures préventives et correctives si nécessaire (gestion des inventaires, analyse des écarts, implantation, …) Assurer le suivi mensuel des KPIs, les analyser, les communiquer et mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires Mise en place des améliorations et montées en puissance des outils logistiques avec l’IT Garantir la qualité des opérations pour atteindre une satisfaction client élevée (mesure via la e-réputation, délais de traitement, d’expédition et de livraison des commandes, …) Coordonner et piloter la planification de la capacité de production (en ce compris la traduction des estimations de volumes en nombre de collaborateurs nécessaires) Evaluer les performances individuelles de chaque membre de ton équipe Développer et accompagner le développement des compétences de ton équipe et favoriser une ambiance de travail propice à l’atteinte des objectifs Garantir la qualité du travail effectué en logistique dans le respect des procédures, des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
