Onze partner is een sterk groeiende internationale speler, gespecialiseerd in oplossingen voor slib- en slurryverwerking. Hun apparatuur wordt ingezet in uiteenlopende sectoren: van chemie en betoncentrales tot recycling en voedingsverwerking. Bedrijven die grondstoffen verwerken of produceren rekenen op hen om hun processen slimmer, efficiënter en duurzamer te maken. Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen zoeken we een Business Developer. Jobomschrijving Jouw rol als Business Developer: Voluit gaan voor new business in België en Nederland. De markt in kaart brengen, kansen spotten en een eigen portefeuille opbouwen. Overtuigen van technische verantwoordelijken, aankoopmanagers en project engineers met onze oplossingen. Nauw samen met het salesteam, krijgt een uitgebreid opleidingsprogramma (6–8 weken) en wordt stap voor stap klaargestoomd om zelfstandig op de baan te gaan. Profiel Welke kwaliteiten breng jij mee? Een bachelor of masterdiploma (technische richting is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must). Een eerste commerciële ervaring (B2B) of de drive om dit vak te leren. Je bent down-to-earth, werkt graag samen en stelt het team boven ego. Technische affiniteit of de bereidheid dit te leren. Makkelijke bereikbaarheid naar omgeving van Mol gezien de eerste weken hier de opleiding plaatsvinden Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans of Duits is een plus.
