Vous veillez à ce que les outils et moyens nécessaires soient disponibles afin que les interventions puissent être réalisées correctement et efficacement, et vous en assurez le suivi. Si nécessaire, vous ajustez la planification et intervenez de manière proactive. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues et les autres départements afin de garantir un service optimal. Vous utilisez des outils digitaux qui vous soutiennent dans la planification ainsi que dans la communication avec les techniciens et les clients. Votre profil Expérience dans une fonction similaire, avec un focus sur la planification dans un environnement technique Affinité technique – vous ne devez pas être expert, mais une expérience dans un environnement de service est essentielle Esprit proactif Excellentes compétences en communication en français (le néerlandais est un atout) L'environnement de travail Notre client est distributeur de machines dans toute la Belgique. Als planner sta je in voor de planning van een team van field techniekers, die interventies doen voor zowel onderhoud als herstellingen, ter plaatse bij klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de nodige tools voorzien worden zodat werkzaamheden correct en vlot worden uitgevoerd, en volgt deze nadien ook op. Waar nodig stuur je bij, en pas je eventueel de planning aan. Je werkt samen met collega's en andere afdelingen om de beste service te voorzien. Je maakt gebruik van digitale tools die je ondersteunen in de planning en in de communicatie met techniekers en klanten. Wie ben jij? Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, waarbij focus ligt op planning binnen een technische omgeving Technische affiniteit – je hoeft geen expert te zijn maar ervaring in een service omgeving is belangrijk Proactieve mindset Communicatief sterk in Frans (en Nederlands) Waar ga je aan de slag? Onze klant is verdeler van machines in heel België. Naast verkoop voeren zij eveneens onderhoud uit, en staan ze in voor herstellingen van deze machines bij de klant.
