Intro Wil jij als schakel tussen Marketing en Sales mee bouwen aan sterke merken in de winkel én de consument op het juiste moment activeren?Als Trade Marketeer speel je een sleutelrol in het ontwikkelen van winkelactivaties, promotiestrategieën en shop gerichte oplossingen die conversie en groei stimuleren.Je combineert analytische inzichten met sterke executie en werkt nauw samen met Sales, Category Management en externe partners om maximale impact te creëren op de winkelvloer.Functie Je bouwt shopervaringen die conversie boosten. Van de eerste stap in de winkel tot het product in het mandje — jij bepaalt hoe jouw merken eruit springen.Je creëert retailer-specifieke plannen die perfect aansluiten bij de noden én ambities van Colruyt, Delhaize, Carrefour, Jumbo en anderen.Je creëert promotiestrategieën die werken. Geen standaardkortingen, maar slimme promo-architecturen die zowel groei als marge versterken.Je schakelt snel. Nieuwe inzichten, nieuwe data, nieuwe kansen? Jij spot ze meteen en vertaalt ze naar concrete acties.Je maakt data tastbaar en overtuigend. Nielsen-, GfK- en retailerdata vormen de basis voor jouw plannen.Je zorgt dat je merken winnen op de winkelvloer. Van sterk shelfmanagement tot opvallende POS — jij haalt het maximale uit elke vierkante meter.Je ondersteunt Sales met overtuigend materiaal. Van krachtige one-pagers tot inspirerende pitch-presentaties: dankzij jou zeggen retailers sneller “ja”.Profiel Masterdiploma in een economische of commerciële richting.Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in Trade Marketing, Category Management of Sales.Ervaring met Nielsen, GfK.Sterke analytische capaciteiten en een commercieel-strategische mindset.Hands-on, proactief, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.Je houdt van samenwerking en schakelt vlot tussen interne stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain).Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus.AanbodEen rol mét impact op de winkelvloer en het verkoopresultaat.Een dynamische omgeving met sterke A-merken.Autonomie binnen een ondernemende cultuur.Opleidingen op maat.Competitief salarispakket met mooie extralegale voordelen.Locatie vlakbij Berchem station (geen bedrijfswagen).
