NEXEO Groupe est un cabinet de consulting spécialisé en Finance de marché et Assurance. Nous accompagnons les acteurs majeurs de l'industrie financière (Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, Natixis, etc.) dans leurs projets de modernisation de système d'information. Dans un contexte de forte croissance NEXEO BELGIUM recherche un Business Developer junior (H/F). Le poste est basé à Bruxelles. Votre objectif sera le développement de l'activité de la marque sur un périmètre client défini. A ce titre, vous aurez notamment à : Participer activement à l'identification des besoins, ainsi qu'à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de l'activité Mettre en œuvre la politique commerciale de la société sur votre périmètre et notamment : Identifier des clients potentiels (organigramme) Acquérir de nouveaux clients Renforcer nos positions chez les clients existants Transformer les prestations Participer activement au processus de recrutement : Qualifier des candidats Mener des entretiens de recrutement (validation des motivations, des compétences, de l'adéquation des candidats avec les projets,...) Suivre vos missions avec une forte présence sur le terrain auprès des clients et des consultants Assurer un reporting régulier de votre activité Votre profil : Vous êtes Bachelier/Master ou expériences équivalentes De profil « chasseur », vous avez une première expérience dans le recrutement et/ou gestion de profils en Belgique Vous êtes francophone ou néerlandophone et parlez anglais couramment Vous ne craignez pas le défi et vous êtes tourné vers les résultats Vous êtes organisé et rigoureux Vous êtes une personne qui est dotée d'une grande capacité d'adaptation et travailler en équipe dans un environnement stimulant vous motive
