Account Director – Digital Fan Engagement We’re working with a global leader in digital fan engagement — a fast-scaling sports tech company powering websites, apps, gamification and interactive experiences for some of the biggest clubs, leagues and federations in the world. As they continue expanding across Europe, they’re hiring a senior Account Director to lead top-tier partnerships, manage strategic delivery, and drive growth with key rights holders. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who understands how to activate and scale digital products in sport — and is ready to take ownership of major accounts across the region. What you’ll be doing Own senior relationships with major sports organisations — clubs, leagues, federations and media groups Guide clients across the full lifecycle of digital fan engagement products — from onboarding to optimisation Lead the delivery of websites, apps, gamification tools, and data solutions in collaboration with internal teams Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, helping clients scale their digital ecosystems Present performance insights, roadmaps and strategic value to C-level stakeholders Represent the company at industry events and support ongoing commercial expansion in Europe Who you are You’re an experienced Account Director, CSM or Senior AM in sports tech, media, or digital platforms You’ve worked directly with rights holders — clubs, leagues, federations or broadcasters — across Europe You understand CMS, OTT, gamification, data tools or digital fan engagement strategies You know how to balance commercial thinking with delivery focus You’ve got strong client management skills and can confidently navigate senior stakeholders You’re based in Europe and happy to travel occasionally for key meetings and events What you’ll get A senior role managing some of the most exciting names in sport The chance to shape the digital experience for millions of fans A remote-first, international culture with smart and collaborative teammates A high-growth company with serious momentum in Europe Scope to grow into a leadership position as the team expands If you’re passionate about sport, great with clients, and love working with digital products — I’d love to speak with you.
