AI Business Analyst

Key requirements: Full trilingual proficiency in Dutch, English, and French required. Hybrid work arrangement with minimum 2 days onsite at Brussels office required. Immediate start available until 01/01/2026. Public sector experience highly valued. Must have a least a beginner-level AI/ML knowledge with intermediate Agile and communication skills. Role Description As an AI Analyst, you play a key role in identifying and implementing artificial intelligence-based solutions within the IT department and other municipal services. You analyze needs, explore opportunities offered by AI, and support the implementation of innovative and efficient solutions, while respecting IT infrastructure, security, and current regulations. You collaborate closely with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure AI application compliance with data protection and security standards. By applying agile methodologies and change management practices, you help promote AI adoption across the organization and ensure successful integration of AI solutions across teams. Key Responsibilities Analysis and Solution Development: Identify and analyze requests and needs from the IT department as well as other municipal services regarding AI and data analysis Study opportunities offered by AI and formulate innovative solutions adapted to organizational needs Develop concrete use cases to test and implement AI applications within municipal services Propose AI solutions taking into account existing IT infrastructure, network environment, and technological constraints Compliance and Security Coordination: Discuss proposed solutions with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure AI application compliance with data protection and security standards Ensure compliance of AI solutions with GDPR regulations, AI Act, and cybersecurity requirements Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate effectively with various stakeholders (business, IT, service providers, users) Project Management and Development Oversight: Supervise developers, manage the backlog, and define priorities in collaboration with the development team Apply agile methodologies in project coordination and implementation Negotiate priorities and manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycle Promotion and Change Management: Actively promote AI within the organization and organize awareness sessions for employees and stakeholders Prepare and deliver training to users to help them adopt AI solutions Accompany change at all levels of the organization to ensure smooth integration of AI solutions Facilitate AI adoption through effective communication and training strategies Qualifications Required: Junior level experience as Process Analyst in industry setting with most recent experience this year Junior level knowledge of AI analysis and artificial intelligence concepts with recent hands-on experience Junior level experience with Machine Learning applications and methodologies Intermediate level proficiency in Agile methodologies with current year experience Intermediate level communication skills with proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders Full professional proficiency in Dutch, English, and French (trilingual requirement) Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR), AI Act, and cybersecurity frameworks Experience in public sector environment strongly preferred Ability to conduct awareness and training sessions on AI topics Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to negotiate priorities and manage expectations Experience working with varied stakeholders including business units, IT teams, service providers, and end users Why join Wonka AI?
