Head of Personal & Private Banking zone West (Oost & West-Vlaanderen) Als Head of Personal & Private Banking bent u verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, ontwikkelen en uitbreiden van onze activiteiten op het gebied van Personal en Private Banking binnen uw gedefinieerde zone (Oost en West-Vlaanderen). U combineert strategische planning met operationele uitvoering om omzetgroei, marktpenetratie en de afstemming op de commerciële doelstellingen van de bank te garanderen. U bent een 100% manager zonder eigen klantenportefeuille, waarbij de focus volledig ligt op het leiden, coachen en motiveren van uw teams en het realiseren van de commerciële ambities. Rapporteert aan de Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden Strategie en Bedrijfsontwikkeling Stimuleren van de verkoopprestaties, bedrijfsontwikkeling en klantrelaties in uw specifieke zone; Streven naar een volledige afstemming op de algemene strategie van de bank en het effectief uitvoeren van het commerciële plan; Verzekeren van de omzetgroei en een brede marktpenetratie aan de hand van een Strategisch planning en de operationeel uitvoering ervan; Actief deelnemen aan vergaderingen met sleutelklanten, partners, tussenpersonen en lokale stakeholders; Onderhandelingen leiden om belangrijke deals en partnerships te realiseren; Consistent en professionele communiceren over de Value Proposition van de bank. Leiding en Teammanagement De lokale verkoopteams leiden, coachen en motiveren ; Uw direct reports ondersteunen bij het realiseren van hun commerciële doelstellingen; De prestaties opvolgen en de talentontwikkeling binnen het team ondersteunen; Een cultuur creëren van verantwoordelijkheid (accountability) , samenwerking (collaboration) en klantgerichtheid (customer focus) . Sleutelvaardigheden Sterke commerciële en analytische mentaliteit ; Leiderschaps- en people-managementvaardigheden ; Uitstekende onderhandelings- en communicatievaardigheden ; Strategisch denken in combinatie met een hands-on uitvoeringsmentaliteit; Het vermogen om met KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) te werken ; Klantgerichte aanpak ; Veerkracht (Resilience) en aanpassingsvermogen (Adaptabiliteit) ; Meerdere jaren ervaring in verkoop, commercieel management of regionaal management; Ervaring in de banksector; Vloeiend in de lokale taal en minstens een goede beheersing van het Frans .
