Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and relate to the needs and emotions of team members. Comfortable working within agile environments and familiar with the dynamics of agile teams. Naturally driven by innovation, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality. Fluent in Dutch and/or French, both spoken and written. A strong command of English is essential.
