Als Sales Director Belux speel jij een sleutelrol in het realiseren van die visie. Je leidt onze commerciële organisatie in België en Luxemburg door een periode van vernieuwing en groei. Je stuurt een dynamisch sales team aan dat actief is in verschillende marktsegmenten van publieke en private klanten tot trade en regionale accounts. Je bent niet alleen een strategische denker, maar ook een hands-on leider die mensen weet te inspireren. Je vertaalt onze commerciële ambities naar duidelijke plannen en zorgt ervoor dat structuur en strategie hand in hand gaan. Samen met jouw team werk je aan het versterken van onze marktpositie en het realiseren van duurzame groei. Wat ga je nog meer doen? Je geeft leiding aan een salesorganisatie verspreid over verschillende regio’s en functies Je stimuleert groei door het actief beheren van de sales pipeline, het verhogen van conversie en het versterken van klantrelaties Je implementeert en optimaliseert sales excellence tools zoals Salesforce Je vertegenwoordigt CWS Belux op hoog niveau en bouwt sterke relaties uit met strategische klanten Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Marketing, Operations, Sales Support en internationale stakeholders Wat breng jij mee? Je bent een geboren leider met een commerciële mindset en een sterke drive om resultaten te behalen. Je weet mensen te motiveren, strategie om te zetten in actie, en je voelt je thuis in een dynamische B2B-omgeving. Een masterdiploma heeft of gelijkwaardige ervaring Minstens 10 jaar ervaring heeft in commerciële leidinggevende functies Een bewezen trackrecord heeft in het aansturen van sales teams en het realiseren van groei Sterk is in zowel strategisch denken als operationele uitvoering Teams weet te inspireren en te begeleiden naar succes Vloeiend (schriftelijk en mondeling) communiceert in Nederlands, Frans én Engels What’s in it for you?
