VacatureomschrijvingAt Securitas Technology, we are looking for a Sales Director who is more than a target achiever. This role is about leading through change, shaping strategy, and building a sales organization fit for the future.You will play a key role in driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and redefining how we go to market in a dynamic and fast-evolving industry.As Sales Director, you will work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to align commercial initiatives with business strategy. The position requires a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ideal for a natural leader who inspires clarity, accountability, and results. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & GrowthDefine and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities while managing the phase-out of legacy products.Drive business transformation initiatives consistently across the organization.Build and scale a sales organization that excels at prospecting and winning new clients.Leadership & People ManagementLead, inspire, and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.Redefine team roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and focus during organizational change.Act as a people-first leader who invests in coaching, mentoring, and professional development.Client & Market FocusStrengthen client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction while driving profitable growth.Review, renegotiate, and challenge unprofitable contracts when needed.Monitor market trends and competitive activity to anticipate risks and identify growth opportunities.Operational ExcellenceOversee the complete sales cycle: from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership.Collaborate with marketing and product management on impactful go-to-market strategies.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.Functie-eisenEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Experience:8–10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.International B2B sales experience (security industry background is a plus).Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization.Proven success in leading teams through change, transformation, and reorganization.Product management or go-to-market expertise is highly desirable.Skills & Attributes:Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder.Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with operational execution.Strong leadership skills: team-oriented, people-minded, results-driven.Resilient, positive, and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-changing environments.Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written).Willingness to travel across Belgium.Aanvullende informatieAt Securitas Technology, you will: Be part of a global leader: Join a company recognized worldwide for excellence, innovation, and impact.
