Onze experts in de domeinen kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid reiken oplossingen aan tijdens de hele levenscyclus van een gebouw, van ontwerp/controle over constructie & exploitatie tot en met de afbraak. Zo kunnen de gebouwen tijdig in dienst genomen worden en vervolgens op een (kost) efficiënte en duurzame manier geëxploiteerd worden. Zo helpen we 60.000 klanten, een brede waaier aan B2B klanten zoals bouwpromotoren, architecten, studieburelen, aannemers, kraanbedrijven, elektro-installateurs, ziekenhuizen, rustoorden en scholen. Om verder te kunnen groeien zoekt Vinçotte een Account Manager Building (M/V/X) voor de regio Vlaanderen en Brussel. Relatiebeheer: onderhouden en versterken van relaties met bestaande klanten om langdurige samenwerkingen te versterken. Acquisitie: identificeren en contacteren van potentiële nieuwe klanten& cross/up selling om zo het klantenbestand uit te breiden en de beoogde doelstellingen van de divisie te realiseren. Onderhandelingen: opstellen en bespreken van contracten, offertes, aanbestedingen en prijsvoorstellen, rekening houdend met de behoeften van de klant in overeenstemming met de vigerende regelgeving. Strategisch advies: trends en ontwikkelingen binnen de sector volgen en analyseren om klanten optimaal te informeren en commerciële kansen te benutten. Samenwerking met interne teams: afstemmen met afdelingen zoals marketing, productontwikkeling en customer service enerzijds om optimale dienstverlening te kunnen bieden aan de klanten, anderzijds om op de hoogte te blijven van evoluties en ontwikkelingen binnen Vinçotte. Rapportage: je rapporteert aan de Head of Sales. Diploma: Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma met een technische en/of commerciële insteek of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring: Je hebt minimum 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen Sales & Business Development in een technisch georiënteerde omgeving (B2B), bij voorkeur in de dienstverlenende sector. Talen: Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel geschreven als gesproken, én een goede kennis van het Frans. Persoonlijke vaardigheden : Je bezit over sterke commerciële reflexen: communicatie, luistervaardigheid, negotiatie en presentatie. Je bent dynamisch, oplossingsgericht, assertief en ondernemend. Je hebt een grote mate van zelforganisatie en bent resultaatgericht. Je bent kwaliteitsgericht dat zich ook vertaalt in een nauwkeurige administratie.
