Senior Investment Manager

Als Investment Manager ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de aan jou toegewezen bedrijven. Je ondersteunt daarbij de CEO en het management bij de sturing van deze ondernemingen, je fungeert als schakel tussen Heylen Group en de bedrijven en rapporteert daarbij aan de holding.
Je staat in voor:
- De ondersteuning van de CEO en het management bij de realisering van de lange termijnstrategie vastgelegd door de Raad van Bestuur. Je bent het eerste klankbord voor de aan jou toegewezen bedrijven.
- Het vertalen van de strategie samen met de CEO en de directie van de holding naar een plan van aanpak.
- De opvolging voor het tijdig aanleveren van de rapportering aan de Raad van Bestuur en directie van Heylen Group. Deze wordt opgesteld door de CEO en het management als eindverantwoordelijken.
- Buy & Build voor de aan jou toegewezen bedrijven: prospectie, business development, zelfstandig analyseren van dossiers, commerciële gesprekken en onderhandelingen voeren met als resultaat de overname van een bedrijf dat overeenstemt met de vooropgestelde criteria.
- Het nauw opvolgen van de gezondheid van de bedrijven. Je bent als het ware 'de antenne voor de holding binnen groepsbedrijven' die er mede voor zorgt dat de CEO en zijn team voor groei blijven zorgen.
Ook in het kader van het uitbreiden van de bedrijvenportefeuille heb je dezelfde verantwoordelijkheden als bij Buy & Build.
Wie zoeken we?
- Master denk- en werkniveau
- Diploma in een economische, financiële richting of gelijkwaardig
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring in M&A
- Commercieel en deal driven: opportuniteiten spotten en creëren voor overnames en groei van de groepsbedrijven, deuren openen door relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met mensen die kunnen bijdragen aan het bereiken van de doelstellingen, deals sluiten met maximaal respect van de wederzijdse belangen en inzicht in/betrokkenheid met de commerciële prioriteiten van Heylen Group.
- Probleemoplossend denken, empathisch vermogen, impact, onderhandelingskills, commercieel inzicht, contact- en communicatievaardig
- Project- en procesmatig werken, resultaatgericht
