Om hen optimaal te ondersteunen en te laten bloeien, breiden we ons HR-team uit met een enthousiaste, nauwkeurige en betrokken HR Officer. In deze rol ondersteun je administratieve processen binnen verschillende HR-domeinen en draag je bij aan een efficiënte en vlekkeloze werking van de afdeling.

Als HR Officer draag je bij aan een correcte en efficiënte HR-administratie en werk je nauw samen met je collega's om de HR-processen vlot te laten verlopen.

Onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers:
  • Ondersteunen van het onboardingproces: opvragen van gegevens, voorbereiden van arbeidsovereenkomsten en opstellen van welkomstpakketten.
  • Coördineren van werkmateriaal (laptops, gsm's) en toegang tot systemen en het kantoor in samenwerking met IT.
Administratieve ondersteuning:
  • Beheren en verwerken van personeelsgebeurtenissen zoals geboortes, huwelijken en andere belangrijke levensmomenten.
  • Assetbeheer: opvolgen wie welk werkmateriaal gebruikt.
  • Verlenen van administratieve ondersteuning binnen specifieke HR-domeinen:
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assisteren bij het beheer van extralegale voordelen, zoals hospitalisatieverzekeringen, beheren van aanvragen in FIP en andere vergoedingen.
  • Wagenparkbeheer: Administratief opvolgen van leasecontracten, tankkaarten, laadpalen en andere zaken gerelateerd aan bedrijfswagens.
  • Recruitment: Ondersteunen van het wervingsproces door het inplannen van interviews, beheren van cv-databases en het opstellen van vacatures.
  • Learning & Development (L&D): Helpen bij de planning en coördinatie van opleidingen, trainingen en andere ontwikkelingsprogramma’s.
  • Bijdragen aan de implementatie van nieuwe tools, processen of voordelen.
  • Optimaliseren en digitaliseren van interne HR-processen.
Wij zoeken een HR Officer die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Je bent vloeiend Nederlandstalig en voelt je comfortabel in het Engels.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent uiterst discreet en hebt een sterk empathisch vermogen.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Jouw zin voor initiatief en oplossingsgerichte aanpak maken het plaatje compleet.
