Je verwerkt administratie en ondersteunt de apparatuur. Je staat in voor het documentenbeheer voor de douane Je staat in voor simkaartenbeheer, budgetten onder controle houden, categoriseren Je doet projectopvolging voor admin, zoals analyses ingeven op overheidsportaal Profiel Jouw kwaliteiten als Operations Support Officer Je bent vertrouwd met Excel Je bent stressbestendig, creatief en kan proactief oplossingen zoeken Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels en hebt hiernaast een rijbewijs B in bezit. Je bent hands-on en nauwkeurig. Je vindt het leuk om met klanten in contact te staan Aanbod Naast een aantrekkelijk loon krijg je ook nog een vast contract, na een geslaagde interimperiode. Als Operations Support Officer geniet je ook nog van volgende voordelen: Maaltijdcheques van €8/dag en ecocheques Groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering voor het hele gezin (DKV) Telewerkvergoeding GSM en simkaart voor professioneel gebruik Je komt terecht in een voltijdse tewerkstelling van 39u per week. Je werkt van 8u30 tot 17u. Hierbij geniet je van 26 verlofdagen en per gewerkte periode van drie maanden 1 extra dag.
