Your New Company Our client, the Volvo Group, is at the core of modern society. They are looking for people who want to use their expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions. You will join Volvo Action Service (VAS), a department that supports Volvo Group customers across Europe whenever one of their vehicles has a problem, managing the entire process from the initial call to the final invoice. Great customer service is at the heart of their operation, with a proactive approach to getting vehicles back on the road as quickly and smoothly as possible. The team is diverse, speaks 21 different languages, and is passionate about providing the best possible customer experience. Your New Role As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire process of a customer or dealer complaint. You will take full ownership of the case, from the moment it is received until it is completely resolved. You will act as the central point of contact between all relevant parties, including customers, dealers, and internal departments. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and timely resolution for every issue. What You Will Do: Complaint Management: Own the full process of a customer or dealer complaint. Investigation: Investigate what happened and act as a liaison between all relevant parties. Problem-Solving: Drive the conversation forward to resolve problems in a timely manner. Financial Resolution: Conclude the complaint by assigning responsibility and securing any financial resolutions. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the company's continuous improvement by sharing relevant feedback with internal teams and other stakeholders to improve future performance. Your Profile Problem-Solver: You are a proactive problem-solver with the ability to see the bigger picture. You enjoy negotiating resolutions between parties with different perspectives. Customer-Focused: You are customer-centric and always strive for the best possible service and solution. Communicator: You are a confident communicator who can adapt your style to make every customer feel heard and supported. Organized: You are well-organized and detail-oriented, and you are comfortable working towards deadlines and targets. Team Player: You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.
