EU Project Operations Coordinator

You will support the standardization and effective operation of EU and country-level projects by ensuring compliance with regulations, internal standards, and funding requirements. You will work closely with Project Managers and Research Teams to track proposals, monitor project execution, manage data in the EPM system, and support reporting, audits, and asset management activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working across project data, systems, and teams. Key Responsibilities Project Tracking & Compliance Track bidding progress and maintain records of submitted and approved projects Ensure proposals and active projects are properly registered in the EPM system Monitor monthly submission of labor hours and project deliverables Ensure milestone progress is aligned with the project plan Review project expenses and monitor deviations from the approved budget Ensure expense execution is legal, compliant, and aligned with funding rules Monitor major project changes (e.g., PM or milestone changes) and support timely notifications Systems & IT Support Provide daily IT support and guidance to research teams Guide users on system usage and proper data entry Coordinate with HQ IT on technical issues and improvements Manage system access rights and role configurations Develop IT operation documentation and deliver training as required Asset Management Manage RFID tagging of new fixed assets Support semi-annual and annual inventory checks Assist with asset transfers and returns Profile & Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience 2+ years of related experience (ICT / project systems is a plus) Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus) Experience with: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Visio Experience in an Agile environment is an advantage Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high-level overview (helicopter view)
