Qu'attendez-vous de ce poste ?
En tant que « spare parts administrator », tu es responsable du suivi des commandes de pièces détachées et de leur stock.
Tu veilles à ce que les bonnes pièces soient disponibles au bon moment.
Tu collabores avec différentes équipes (tant avec les ingénieurs de service sur le terrain qu'avec le Service Desk et la planification des interventions) et tu contribues à l'amélioration des processus relatifs aux pièces détachées.
Les tâches sont les suivantes :
- Contrôler les livraisons quotidiennes avec les ingénieurs de service
- Communiquer avec les différentes équipes internes et externes (téléphone, email, équipes,...)
- Assurer le suivi des commandes et des commandes en souffrance dans les systèmes informatiques européens.
- Rendre compte de l'état des livraisons aux responsables
- Optimiser les processus de stock
- Aider les équipes techniques et le service desk à localiser les pièces détachées
- Gérer l'administration et la documentation des pièces.
Qui recherchons-nous ?
- Bilingue NL + FR (la connaissance de l'anglais est un plus)
- Expérience dans une fonction administrative (ou logistique)
- Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques
- Bonne connaissance de MS Office
- Précision, organisation et sens du détail
- Indépendance et attitude de travail proactive
- Compétences en matière de communication (orale et écrite) et attitude orientée vers le client.
