Vous serez responsable du suivi global des travaux de construction pour des projets résidentiels, incluant des maisons individuelles et des immeubles collectifs.Superviser les sous-traitants intervenant sur les différentes phases : gros œuvre, parachèvement, carrelage, électricité, et chauffage.Assurer la coordination et la bonne exécution des travaux sur des chantiers comprenant maisons et appartements.Organiser les réunions de chantier avec les architectes, ingénieurs et sous-traitants pour garantir une avancée fluide des travaux.Veiller au respect des plannings, des normes de sécurité et à la qualité des travaux réalisés.Être l’interlocuteur principal des clients pour les choix d’aménagement (revêtements, plomberie, installations électriques, etc.).Gérer les imprévus techniques tout en maintenant une relation de confiance avec toutes les parties impliquées.Profil recherchéVous disposez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le suivi de chantier.Une bonne capacité de communication et de gestion d’équipe est essentielle, notamment pour encadrer et coordonner les sous-traitants.Informations utiles- Assurance DKV Hospitalisation et Plan AZ (capital 2500€/ an)- Chèques repas- Plateforme de formation en ligne, mentorats et un environnement qui encourage l'apprentissage asynchrone- Type de contrat : CDI- Date de début : dès que possible- Lieu : région de Bruxelles- Expérience : 3 an minimumVous souhaitez vous lancer dans l'aventure ?
