Adobe Campaign Expert (Freelance)Location: Brussels / HybridContract Type: FreelanceLanguages: Fluent : French and or Dutch Start Date: ASAPAbout the OpportunityDomani Group is looking for an Adobe Campaign Expert to support large-scale Sales & Marketing initiatives within a major organization's Audience & Workflow Management department. You will play a key role in designing, migrating, and optimizing customer journeys and automated marketing workflows.Mission ContextAs the team transitions to Adobe Campaign Classic, you will help migrate existing campaigns, improve workflow efficiency, and build new marketing automation journeys. You will collaborate closely with Go-To-Market Officers to translate commercial ideas into targeted and personalized campaign flows.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Development & MigrationTranslate existing SQL-based campaigns into Adobe Campaign Classic workflows Develop complex customer journeys and targeting flows Optimize and improve existing workflows for efficiency and personalizationCollaboration & Expertise SharingWork closely with colleagues to understand current campaign logic and best practices Share Adobe Campaign expertise to support team knowledge and adoption Maintain high accuracy in workflow delivery, as results reach clients directlyMarketing & Strategy AlignmentCollaborate with business stakeholders on customer journeys, next-best offers and contact strategiesEnsure workflows reflect up-to-date marketing strategiesManage workload and planning in sync with the team managerRequired Experience & KnowledgeExperience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experienceTechnical Skills (Mandatory)Several years of Adobe Campaign experienceStrong SQL knowledge Business Experience (Mandatory)Experience creating complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe CampaignAwareness of marketing strategies and ability to co-develop with business teamsSoft SkillsCreative and solution-oriented mindsetStrong communication, networking, and negotiation skillsProactive knowledge sharing and teamworkStrong organizational skillsWork ArrangementHybrid model: 50% on-site, 50% remote
