Warehouse Coordinator

Voor onze locatie in Affligem / Groot-Bijgaarden zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Warehouse Coördinator.
Logistiek speelt bij ons een cruciale rol. Betrouwbaarheid, snel en compleet leveren van onze producten, flexibel opereren, onze klanten snel en netjes informeren, het zijn allemaal zaken die direct impact hebben op onze klanttevredenheid.
In deze full-time functie (40 uur/week) ben je een belangrijke spil in ons logistieke proces. Je registreert en beheert de ontvangst, verpakken en verzenden van goederen in het magazijn. Je werkt stand-alone en rapporteert aan de afdelingsmanager.
Wat zal je doen:
Onder jouw takenpakket behoren alle dagdagelijkse magazijn gerelateerde werkzaamheden zoals:
· Registratie en beheer van de inkomende en uitgaande goederen in het magazijn.
· Administratieve afhandeling, binnen boeken en informeren van interne klanten bij binnenkomende goederen.
· Inspectie van goederen en coördinatie voorraad tellingen.
· Overige administratieve taken zullen onderdeel zijn van het taken pakket zoals opvolging levertermijnen, nakijken leveranciersfacturen.
· Volgen van werkinstructies, veiligheids- en andere procedures met betrekking tot magazijnbeheer.
Waar we naar op zoek zijn
· Je brengt een ruime ervaring mee in beheer van de inkomende en uitgaande goederen. Je bent vertrouwd met logistieke- en magazijn processen.
· Je vind het prettig om zelfstandig werken.
· Je hebt kennis van ERP-systemen.
· Je bent enerzijds fysiek vaardig. Je beschikt over een heftruck certificaat.
· Je bent anderzijds administratief sterk genoeg om de business te ondersteunen, administratieve taken volg je tijdig en nauwkeurig op.
· Je beheerst Nederlands EN Frans in woord en geschift, kennis Engels is een pré.
· Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt zelfstandig werken
· Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijks gevoel.
