Kazam is a creative agency specialized in video design and production, part of the international communication and marketing group called

Biggie Group.

Created in 2016 by former Google employees, the independent agency is organized as a "content factory" which supports its clients at all stages of creation:
strategy and concepts, production, influence, post-production.

The agency specializes in three video formats:

  • YouTube Shows, embodied by creators and influencers in the form of weekly broadcasts.
  • Branding or multichannel Acquisition campaigns.
  • Snack Content video, to feed sales Social Media lyrics from its partners.

Kazam is the only YouTube partner agency in Europe and counts TikTok among its clients in China and Europe.

Missions
Leading the business of Kazam in Brussels and directly reporting to the CEO while working alongside the local Head of Business Development both based in Paris, you will be in charge of:

  • Develop and implement Kazam sales strategy in alignment with the company's target for the Belgium market
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to expand the business.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key local clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Work in the offices of Gamned, a sister company of Kazam specialized on media buying and already a leader on the Belgium market
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies as well as synergies with Gamned
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use market insights to make informed business decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Drive innovation and the development of new products or services to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer feedback and concerns, working to continuously improve offerings.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless operations and alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Your profile

  • Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Belgium creative & advertising market
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive business growth and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • A customercentric mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs and build strong client relationships.
  • A creative and innovative approach to identifying new opportunities, products, or services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
