Samen met je team zorg je dat het magazijn 'state of the art' is wat betreft de trends en evoluties en werk je actief mee aan optimalisatieprojecten volgens de Lean filosofie.

**Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Operations Manager**
- Je zal de leiding nemen over een team van FTE, in een gloednieuw warehouse van 65.000m2. Naast jou staat de Site Manager & doorwinterde Project Lead
- Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie samen met jouw team van experten
- Warehouse activiteiten plannen, coördineren en controleren met als doel een zo hoog mogelijke kwaliteit te leveren
- KPI's analyseren en implementeren
- 4 pilaren die je hoog in het vaandel draagt als Operations Manager:_
- People mangement
- Operationele focus
- Commerciële focus & stakeholder management
- Budgethbeheer

**Wat je nodig hebt om succesvol te zijn**
- Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig niveau
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een warehouse omgeving
- Lean achtergrond en logistieke projecten begeleid
- Kennis van WMS-systemen
- Talen: Engels/Nederlands & Frans is een plus
