Functie-inhoud:
Het customer service team maakt deel uit van het supply chain operations team en werkt heel nauw samen met planners, quality release teams, het warehouse en regionale HUBS. Het dagelijkse opvolgen van de planning en releases om out of stocks te vermijden of sneller op te lossen en voorraden op peil te houden is de kern van jouw taak. In een team van 16 personen rapporteer je aan de Team Lead Customer Service. Jouw taken bestaan voornamelijk uit:
- Dagelijks opvolgen van de vraag, forecast, voorraad;
- Initiëren van gepaste acties in geval van problemen;
- Zelfstandig initiëren van verzendingsoperaties;
- Onderhouden van gepaste communicatie met de regionale HUBS opdat de klant/markt te allen tijde op de hoogste is van de verwachte beschikbaarheid van hun goederen;
- Geven van ondersteuning en feedback bij het opstellen van rapporteringen;
- Je neemt actief deel aan team
- en productmeetings;
- Onderhouden van planningsparameters en andere item master data;
- Je bekijkt elke stap in de flow kritisch en zoekt continu naar mogelijke verbeteringen.
Functieprofiel:
- Bachelor in logistiek management, economie, handelswetenschappen, supply chain management;
- Eerste ervaring sterkt tot aanbeveling;
- Klant
- en resultaatgerichtheid;
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands & het Engels (woord en geschrift);
- Sterke communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden;
- Kennis van SAP APO is een plus.

Work Location Assignment: Flexible
- De Pfizer site in Puurs is één van de grootste productie
- en verpakkingssites van Pfizer wereldwijd, gespecialiseerd in aseptische productie en verpakking. Jaarlijks worden in Puurs meer dan 400 miljoen doses injecteerbare vaccins en medicijnen geproduceerd. Deze zijn ter plaatse verpakt in ampullen, flacons, plastic flessen, spuiten en patronen voor pennen._
- De medicijnen die in Puurs worden gemaakt, zijn bestemd voor patiënten in meer dan 170 landen wereldwijd. 30% van de productie uit Puurs is bestemd voor ontwikkelingslanden, in samenwerking met UNICEF, WHO, GAVI en ngo's._
- Met het gebruik van twee windturbines, zonnepanelen en een warmtekrachtcentrale richten we ons op hernieuwbare energie._
