Title and Summary:

Associate Analyst, Total Rewards (Rosetta/First Employment contract)

Overview:

• Provides support for all aspects related to Fleet in Europe, collaborating closely with external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Administers car invoice payments for vendors across Europe
• Handles escalations for late payments from vendors and submits critical remedy tickets for overdue payment
• Submits requests to add funds to fleet purchase orders to ensure timely invoice payments
• Processes remedy tickets to reallocate invoices from old purchase orders to new ones
• Participates in weekly operational calls with fleet vendors
• Provides analytical support for projects, programs, and ad hoc requests
• Responds to fleet inquiries and analytics requests
• Documents vendor reviews and resolves employee issues
• Ensures peer review of own work by colleagues or managers

Experiences:

• Eligible for a Rosetta contract (maximum 24 years old)
• Holds a university degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills
• Prioritizes accuracy and timeliness in work delivery
• Proficient in English, additional languages such as French or Dutch are advantageous
• Skilled in Office and Excel applications
• Possesses previous professional experience, e.g., as a student worker
• Adaptable to dynamic and demanding environments
• Capable of suggesting process improvements and adapting to evolving standards and procedures
• Enthusiastic about learning and quick to acquire new skills
