**Director Insights, Loyalty & CRM bij Carrefour**
Als we spreken over de retailsector dan vormt Carrefour hier een belangrijk onderdeel van.
We zijn op zoek naar dé **Director Insights, Loyalty & CRM** die het Belgische management team komt versterken.
**Over de job**:
- Groot mandaat om je **visie en strategie** omtrent het toenemend belang van **Loyalty, CRM en Big Data** uit te zetten en uit te voeren.
- Het verder digitaliseren, innoveren en optimaliseren van Carrefour Loyalty Program, - dat, met > 60% van de Belgische gezinnen, het oudste loyalty programma in België vormt
- Als hoger kaderlid stem je rechtstreeks af met de board members en C level
- Naast de forse strategische inhoud heeft de rol ook een transversaal karakter met oa. volgende speerpunten:
- People management & Leadership àje inspireert je team met je visie/leiderschap en streeft naar een maximale ontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid van elk teamlid (15 fte)
- Operational Excellence àondersteund door Business Analysten en Process Experts challenge je de status quo en ga je voor continous improvement
- Project Management à je neemt End to End ownership over je high level ideeën door ze projectmatig te implementeren

- Je gelooft sterk in de impact van Customer (& company) Data, CRM & Loyalty als future enablers binnen de Retail markt
- Je senioriteit stelt je in staat hiervoor voldoende strategisch en conceptueel een visie te ontwikkelen alsook deze te implementeren
- Je ziet jezelf op de doorsnede Data - People - Digital binnen een B2C retail context
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je beweegt je vlot doorheen een corporate structuur waar je rapport weet op te bouwen met zowel senior management, teamleden als externe partijen

- Het aanwezige Carrefour Loyalty Programma is het oudste in België en heeft een ontzettend groot (nog niet volledig benut) potentieel = quick wins, onmiddellijke impact vs lange termijn goals
- Je efforts en toegevoegde waarde worden zeer competitief verloond.
