As the TDS Change Manager for this transformation, you will play a key part in ensuring our new initiatives successfully deliver on their objectives. Working closely with the management and project team, you will develop change activities to support the phases within the OneCase project and other changes within TDS. Working within all levels, between HQ, dealers and Markets, your objective will be both to ensure robust change management activity in our overall plans but to also build the capability of our teams, of good change management practice along the way.
You will report to the VP Technical Dealer Support – Elke Decaluwé
Main Responsibilities
As change manager you will:
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the changes, new ways of working and behaviors. Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Support and engage all leaders and act as coach for line managers.Who are you?
A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle Assets Experience with large-scale organizational change effortsChange management certification or valid experienceExperience in handling changesReady for the next move?
This is a temporay assignment for 2 years.
