Voor een grote speler in machinebouw zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren manager voor het opzetten en aansturen van een service center in opstartfase in Oost-Vlaanderen. Het betreft een veelzijdige functie die tactische en strategische taken combineert met operationele taken. Freelancers zijn welkom.

Onze klant is een grote leverancier van machines en robots in landbouw
- voedingsbedrijven en procesindustrie.

**Jouw nieuwe functie**

Als Manager Solution Center ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en aansturen van alle service-, logistieke en administratieve werkzaamheden van het nieuwe Solution Center.

Het opzetten van het service center, met het project team, omvat
- Formuleren van strategische doelstellingen binnen het kader van het strategisch plan, o.a. door het identificeren en evalueren van trends en kansen.
- Definiëren van de gewenste resultaten, het vinden en onderhandelen van de juiste condities en kaders om dit te bewerkstelligen en de vertaling in concrete doelstellingen voor het team
- Opbouwen van sterke relaties en netwerken met interne en externe stakeholders en overtuigen en motiveren om mee te stappen in de strategische plannen.
- Samenstelling van het team, incl. het toewijzen van eigenaarschap en rollen en het managen van de verwachtingen.
- Vinden en inrichten van het pand van het nieuwe solution center (regio Gent)
- Ontwikkelen, coördineren en onderhouden van beleid en procedures gericht op de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening

In het begin zal je operationeel mee werken; wanneer het team wordt opgebouwd, zal je deze operationele taken geleidelijk delegeren.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische opleiding of hebt technische affiniteit via werkervaring
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een relevante functie en/of omgeving. Ervaring met change management is een plus.
- Je hebt voldoende kennis van en/of affiniteit met de activiteiten van het bedrijf. Affiniteit met de landbouw is een sterke plus.
- Je beschikt over leiderschapsvaardigheden, ondernemerscompetenties en hebt oprechte interesse in het ontwikkelen van mensen
- Je bent goed in het opzetten van netwerken en het overtuigen van mensen
- Je hebt de juiste motivatie en energie om in deze functie aan de slag te gaan.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
- Je bent bereid om je in de opstartfase regelmatig te verplaatsen naar regio Antwerpen.
